Foreigners who want to enter the Republic of Korea can conveniently fill out their e-Arrival card online in advance, which must be submitted during immigration.

* Filing is available starting 3 days before arrival in Korea based on Korean Standard Time

Those who have submitted the e-Arrival Card for the Republic of Korea do not need to fill out a paper arrival card, as the e-Arrival Card holds the same validity as the paper arrival card.

04e-Arrival Card issue number

The issuance number of the e-Arrival card will be sent to the declarant's e-mail. Although you are not required to bring the e-Arrival card for entry inspection, it may be helpful if you know the issuance number.

05Number of people submitting e-Arrival Card

When completing the e-Arrival card on a PC via internet, you can submit up to 1,000 people at once. However, when using a smartphone (mobile web), the maximum number of people that can be submitted at once is 9 people.

After submitting the e-Arrival card, if the purpose of entry, stay information, or departure date changes, you can check and edit the information on the official website (www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr) before Korean immigration inspection. (The arrival date can only be corrected within 3 days from the initial submission date. )

07Validity of e-Arrival Card

After 72 hours from the time of submission of the e-Arrival Card, validity is automatically lost, and the same applies if you have already undergone immigration in the Republic of Korea. (When re-entering the Republic of Korea, you must submit an arrival card again)

The e-Arrival card is a system that allows you to conveniently submit your arrival declaration form online, replacing the previous paper-based submission. As this is a separate system from the Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA), please be sure to avoid any confusion.
